network of partners who have existing end-user customer bases. This allows us to spend our effort on continuously improving our Software Development
Kits and pushing the boundaries of video quality and ease-of-use while our partners deploy the technologies to the broadest audience.

ESPRE's award-winning core video technologies are now being used by a number of visionary companies to integrate video communications into their
products and websites via a mixture of application-specific licenses and exclusive licenses for key vertical markets in specific international regions.

	Media Distribution Solutions, LLC MDS is using ESPRE's eViewMediaEngine SDK to deploy customer-facing applications targeting the online classifieds, entertainment and blogging market segments. The MDS management team has long standing business relationships with a number of the leading online media companies including Belo, Hearst Corporation and Trader Publishing, to mention a few. They have recently deployed their BetterVideo online classified product through Trader Publishing's ForRent.com and our currently working with other customers to deploy streaming video for applications like classified advertising, online yellowpages, online dating services, on-demand feature length movies, video blogging, corporate sales and training.
	Global IP Solutions Global IP Solutions offers multimedia technologies for real-time communications over packet networks and enables companies to deliver IP applications that offer the highest quality user experience, as well as revenue-enhancing opportunities across a multitude of devices and services. Global IP Solutions provides best-in-class voice and video quality and fidelity in end-to-end IP communications with robustness against packet loss. Global IP Solutions¹ world-renowned media processing and IP telephony experts deliver these solutions to service providers, enterprises, applications developers, network equipment, gateway and chip manufacturers. Companies using Global IP Solutions products include Nortel, Skype, WebEx, Yahoo!, AOL, Earthlink, BlueCross/BlueShield and other key players in the VoIP market.
	Anyware Mobile Solutions Another key partner is Anyware Mobile Solutions, a technology and mobile solutions company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. ESPRE has a one year relationship going with Anyware Mobile Solutions originally partnering to jointly pursue new wireless video applications which could leverage Anyware’s ten year relationship with not only the major wireless carriers in this country but also their long standing relationship with leading PDA manufacturers including Palm. A major International Carrier recently awarded Anyware a contract to develop a custom real-time video collaboration solution with ESPRE being the chosen video sub-contractor.
	Pandora Networks Pandora Networks, which has licensed ESPRE’s eViewChat API to integrate into its Worksmart™ line of on-demand IP communication solutions, is scheduled to launch the integrated solution to its small-to-medium business customers in the last quarter of this year. In February 2006, Pandora’s Worksmart software was named by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) as a finalist in the 21st Annual 2006 CODiE Awards in the Best Software category under the subcategory of “Best Communication or Collaboration Solution.”
